Howe & Associates is a corporate recruiting organization, or as we are more commonly referred to, we are headhunters. By definition, our job is to "fill job openings for companies". This is different from an employment agency whose job is to "find jobs for people". While they sound similar, they are two very different tasks. Our responsibility is to locate candidates who match the specifications in terms of fit, experience, compensation level, and geographic location given to us by clients for an open position. Sometimes we are fortunate to know of candidates that fit this description ahead of a search. Other times, we have to actively search for candidates that meet the specifications. If you are visiting our website because you have been contacted by us, it means you have a profile that matches a current search. If you found us as an active job seeker, you may submit your resume to us, but we will only be able to actively be of help if/when we have an open position to search that matches your skills, experience, compensation, and geographic parameters.
